**Your role**:
You will:

- Manage upgrades and patches to the SWIFT system and WSS to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Work in close cooperation within an agile team consisting of members from ICT and Operations (including a product owner).
- Liaise with vendors for operational vendor management.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain systems integrity and improve functionality.
- Automate / optimize work to make sure we continuously improve and get better every day (eg. payments flows, reporting).

The salary range for this role is around € 90 K (full-time, gross per year), depending on your experience.

- Knowledge of WSS/FK.
- Knowledge of banking operations, especially in the context of Treasury, international payments and settlements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and security.
- Analytical skills

- Agile mindset

**Educational Background and Experience**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in these areas can be advantageous.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as SWIFT Certified Specialist, and agile certifications (PSM) can be beneficial.
