**Communications Lead met een Hands-on Mentaliteit (32 - 40 uur per week)**

Ben jij een strategische denker die ook de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Wij zijn op zoek naar een **Communications Lead** die onze communicatie naar een hoger niveau tilt, leads genereert en zorgt voor effectieve samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en externe partners.

Momentum Capital is een incubator van ondernemingen die duurzame kansen pakken. Ondernemingen die onder de hoede van Momentum Capital zijn groot geworden zijn onder meer Perpetual Next (biomassa en groen gas), Seaborough (lichtinnovatie), Momentum Leisure (Majaland pretparken) en Sudoc (waterreiniging). Het team van Momentum Capital zoekt en vindt investeerders die onderdeel willen zijn van de duurzame groei van deze participaties. De communications lead ondersteunt de communicatie met investeerders en met de verschillende participaties.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- **Communicatiestrategie ontwikkelen en uitvoeren**: Ontwikkel communicatiestrategieën die onze bedrijfsdoelen ondersteunen en zorg voor campagnes die onze doelgroep bereiken en aanspreken.
- **Campagnes opzetten en beheren**: Creëer en beheer campagnes gericht op proposities, branding en leadgeneratie, zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met externe bureaus.
- **Contentcreatie en -beheer**: Coördineer de creatie van content met externe bureaus, geef hen duidelijke input en feedback, en zorg ervoor dat de aangeleverde content van hoge kwaliteit is en aansluit bij onze communicatiedoelen. Stel een contentplanning op en produceer waar nodig zelf relevante content voor onze communicatiekanalen, zoals nieuwsbrieven, blogs en social media. Evalueer en beoordeel de content die door externe bureaus wordt aangeleverd.
- **Customer journey management**: Identificeer en verbeter elke stap van de klantreis, van eerste contact tot aankoop en nazorg. Zorg ervoor dat elke interactie soepel verloopt en voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de klant, om zo de klanttevredenheid en conversieratio’s te verhogen.
- **Resultaten meten en rapporteren**: Analyseer de prestaties van campagnes en communicatieactiviteiten op basis van specifieke KPI's en stuur bij waar nodig om de ROI te verbeteren.
- **Coördinatie met PR-bureau**: Werk nauw samen met ons PR-bureau om free publicity te genereren en onze zichtbaarheid in de media te vergroten. Beoordeel en evalueer de persberichten en andere media-inhoud die door het PR-bureau worden aangeleverd.
- **Social media professionaliseren**: Begrijp het belang van social media en werk samen met het communicatiebureau om onze social media strategie te professionaliseren. Haal relevante content op uit Momentum Capital en onze participaties zodat het social team hiermee aan de slag kan.
- **Eventondersteuning**: Ondersteun bij de organisatie van werkbezoeken, vergaderingen en investeerdersreizen. Zorg voor goede communicatie voor, tijdens en na de events, inclusief uitnodigingen, agenda's, en opvolging met deelnemers.
- **Interne communicatie verbeteren**: Zorg voor een vloeiende interne communicatie tussen verschillende afdelingen en teams, zodat iedereen op de hoogte is van belangrijke projecten en doelstellingen.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Ervaring in of affiniteit met financiële markten en/of private equity markten.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in copywriting, PR, en content marketing.
- Expertise in leadgeneratie, campagnemanagement, en customer journey management.
- Kennis van conversie optimalisatie, media inkoop, CMS (bij voorkeur Wordpress), marketing automation (liefst Hubspot), en SEO.
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
