**The role**
As a CRM Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our CRM strategies, utilizing the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll lead the way in developing, prioritizing, and rolling out CRM initiatives to boost customer engagement and lifetime value. With the chance to build ZEEKR's CRM operations from scratch, you'll draw on your experience, best practices, and innovative ideas. Supported by our internal teams and external CRM agency, you'll have the tools you need to succeed. Internally this role will be known as a CRM Senior Specialist.
**This is what you will do**:
- Own end-to-end CRM programs to drive lead generation, sales, advocacy, and loyalty for both B2C and fleet customers across different channels.
- Shape ZEEKR’s CRM strategy, operations and technical setup, starting from scratch.
- Prioritize and own the backlog for new initiatives, journeys, and campaigns, collaborating with different business stakeholders to maximize value and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Work with the ZEEKR Digital team to develop and implement the tech stack setup and improvements roadmap
- Initiate and deliver new CRM initiatives to add value under different business models.
- Take charge of transaction communication to deliver customer satisfaction and brand promise, developing creative approaches to stand out from typical industry communication.
- Monitor performance, conduct testing, and drive continuous improvement for automated customer lifecycle journeys.
- Drive data enrichment and utilize customer segmentation for personalized communication.
- Empower local marketing organizations to execute CRM activities effectively.
- Ensure GDPR-compliant collection and management of customer data.
**To be successful in the role you will demonstrate**:
- 5+ years of hands on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- In depth experience in managing CRM programs in automotive or similar industries.
- Proven track record in CRM management and strategy implementation driving desired customer behavior.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up CRM operations from scratch.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills including experience agency management.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Commercial and performance-driven mindset.
- Previous startup experience ideally in the automotive industry. Cross industry experience in the digital realm is preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceptional experiences.
- Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the international environment Fluent English communication skills.
