**Job Mission**:
As our Head of CRM, you will be at the heart of our customer experience. You will lead the journey of developing and executing innovative CRM strategies that engage, inspire, and make energy efficiency a seamless part of our customers' lives making them feel smart. You'll harness the power of data to create personalized journeys across various channels, all while driving growth and enhancing the customer experience.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Lead Our Global CRM Strategy**: Develop and implement a global CRM strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Think big, act strategically, and drive real results.

**Data-Driven Personalization**: Leverage data analytics and customer segmentation to craft tailored experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.

**Technical Implementation**: Use your technical skills with tools like CDPs, and Reverse ETL to enhance campaign management, personalization, and reporting.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with teams across Tibber to streamline the customer journey and maximize the impact of every touchpoint. You'll also liaise with third-party vendors and partners to bring our CRM initiatives to life.

**Performance Reporting**: Create a comprehensive reporting framework, delivering insights that shape our strategies and fuel our growth.

**Resource Management**: Oversee CRM budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve our objectives.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Experience**: Proven success in a global CRM role, driving customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven strategies.

**Technical Savvy**: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Liquid, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Experience with Braze is a must; familiarity with tools like Rudderstack, Databricks, or Stripo is a bonus.

**Strategic Mindset**: Expertise in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and data analysis. You're not just about running campaigns; you're about shaping strategy.

**Project Management**: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and take initiatives from concept to execution.

**Collaboration**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

**Budgeting**: Experience in managing CRM budgets and resource allocation.

**(Bonus Points If You Have)**

**Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the energy sector or a tech and sustainability-focused environment.

**Certifications**: CRM, data analysis, or related certifications.

**CDP & Reverse ETL Experience**: Hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms and Reverse ETL processes.
