Reservations Manager Locks

As a Locks and Docks (Reservations) Manager in the Nautical Department in Arnhem, you play a crucial role in our river cruise operations. You are responsible for managing sailing schedules, coordinating docking reservations, and working closely with Corporate Fleet Managers, port authorities, captains, and the client’s itinerary planner. Your primary duties include booking dockings and arranging reservations for water, fuel, and electricity.

In addition to your planning responsibilities, you also handle various administrative tasks related to your role.

- Book harbors and dockings
- Check invoices and reports
- Administrative work
- Adjust sailing programs
- Process E-mails accurately
- Plan & Schedule ahead
- Cooperate & Coordinate

**EDUCATION & COMPETENCES**
- Medium Vocational Education in administration, tourism, events, or similar
- Familiar with Office 365
- Proficient in English, German and/or French is a plus
- Accurate and precise
- Stress-resistant and proactive
- A team player
