We are currently seeking diligent and reliable Production Workers to join our team at Verzinkerij van Aert in our Galvanizing Plant. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently pick orders according to customer specifications and ensure timely delivery to the designated areas.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects or damages, report any issues to the supervisor, and ensure only high-quality products are processed.
- Operating Machinery: Operate machinery and equipment in the Galvanizing Plant according to standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts, organizing materials in designated storage areas, and updating inventory records.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and ensure a smooth workflow within the Galvanizing Plant.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with metal is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by production schedules.
