**CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE MANAGER**:
**FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING**:
Als Certification & Compliance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van alle regelgevende vereisten en het handhaven van de hoogste normen van kwaliteit binnen Nedinsco. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het coördineren en beheren van verschillende aspecten van regulatory affairs en quality systems, met een focus op drie hoofdonderdelen:

- **Quality Systems (40%)**: In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en onderhouden van ons Quality Management System (QMS) om te voldoen aan ISO- en AS9100-standaarden. Hiervoor werk je samen met alle afdelingen binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat onze processen en producten voldoen aan strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
- **Regulatory Affairs (40%)**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen en onderhouden van de benodigde vergunningen en certificeringen bij relevante overheidsinstanties, waaronder het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, zoals de afdeling sales en magazijn/expeditie.
- **RI&E (20%)**: Je draagt bij aan het uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties en -analyses om potentiële gevaren en kwetsbaarheden te identificeren binnen onze processen en systemen.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Quality Manager van Nedinsco, daarnaast dient hij ook als belangrijk sparringspartner. Je belangrijkste stakeholders zijn zowel intern als extern gelegen. De interne stakeholders zijn eigenlijk vrijwel alle afdelingen. Denk hierbij aan R&D, productie, sales, finance en inkoop. Extern schakel je veel met de (lokale) overheid, met name voor het Regulatory Affairs gedeelte van de rol. Denk hierbij aan contact met het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en het Ministerie van Economische Zaken. Operationeel gezien gaat het om het aanvragen van vergunningen, maar het relationele stuk is mínimaal net zo belangrijk.

**VEREISTEN**:
Naast relevante werkervaring en kennis, beschik je vooral over de juiste competenties. Je krijgt energie van het vertalen van norm eisen naar effectieve werkmethodes die Nedinsco verder helpen. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te onderhandelen en samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden, zowel intern als extern. Daarnaast ben je bereid om af en toe te reizen naar externe locaties en bijeenkomsten met concullega’s en overheidsinstanties. Verder beschik je over:

- Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in een relevante discipline, bij voorkeur in de richting van techniek, kwaliteitsmanagement of regulatory affairs
- Je bent bij voorkeur bekend met ISO-certificeringen en AS9001
- Je staat open voor nieuwe ideeën, ontwikkelt een netwerk en investeert in het opbouwen van relaties
