The Implementation Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing mid to large-scale projects that involve single or multi-site implementations across various products and services. This role involves assessing customer solutions and actively contributing to their successful implementation, ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and the company. Key responsibilities include developing implementation models—such as defining deployment plans, scheduling implementation phases, facilitating communication, conducting user acceptance training, managing projects, and generating reports. The Implementation Supervisor II leads cross-functional implementation teams and provides continuous analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits in accordance with the Master Operating Plan (MOP) for implementation.
**Work Environment**
The Implementation Supervisor II will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Travel may be required to oversee project implementations at various locations. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Proven experience in managing mid to large scale implementation projects, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.
- ** Certifications**: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello), data analysis tools, and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with supply chain management systems and ERP solutions is a plus.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex information in an understandable manner to various stakeholders.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
