**To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as SVP Hotel Operations International (M/F/d).**
**As SVP Hotel Operations International (M/F/d) your tasks include**
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to maximize profitability, enhance efficiency, and ensure service quality across all hotels in 9 European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Spain and The Netherlands) and the Office in Amsterdam
- Leading a highly qualified team of hotel managers ,operational professionals and the executive team of the office in Amsterdam, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance through targeted coaching and mentoring
- Taking full responsibility for the profit and loss accounts of the managed hotels, developing strategies to optimize financial performance
- Developing and implementing best practices for the operation of hotels with different brands and locations, leveraging synergies across the portfolio
- Collaborating closely with hotel managers to resolve complex operational challenges and establish sustainable best practices
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability through the introduction of innovative solutions and technologies
- Monitoring operational performance through clear KPI measurements and targets, regularly reporting progress to senior management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, investors, and other key stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact for operational matters
- Ensuring that all hotels comply with regulatory requirements as well as the standards and guidelines of the HR Group and its franchise partners
- Close cooperation with all parties involved at the headquarters in Berlin
**Your profile with which you inspire us**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for a cluster or region in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in managing multi-brand and multi-property operations
- Deep understanding and experience in financial responsibility and strategic budgeting
- Excellent ability to develop and implement strategies that support and drive company goals
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams to establish a performance-driven culture
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvement initiatives and increasing profitability
- High resilience and willingness to travel within Europe
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken
Ideally already experience as SVP Hotel Operations International (M/F/d).
