Wat is jouw rol in dit verhaal?
De Store Executive is de sleutel tot het leveren van een uitzonderlijke en unieke end-to-end consumer experience, door het bieden van de juiste voorlichting en service aan klanten.
Naast klantinteractie is de Store Executive verantwoordelijk voor de winkelhuishouding en het uitvoeren van taken om ervoor te zorgen, dat de winkel er altijd onberispelijk uitziet en klaar is voor de consument. Store Executives werken met elkaar samen en helpen anderen waar nodig, met als resultaat een leuke, respectvolle en betrokken werkomgeving.
De Store Executive rapporteert aan de store manager.
Wat kan je verwachten wat je op een dag als Store Executive doet? Een store executive:
- Ontvangt consumenten in de winkel, begrijpt hun behoeften, biedt begeleiding en helpt bij het ontdekken van onze producten.
- Informeert consumenten over onze producten
- Uitvoeren van aankooptransacties, assisteren bij after-sales services
- Uitvoeren van winkelactiviteiten volgens de Store Operations Guidebook, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot voorraadbeheer, winkelgereedheid en winkelpresentatie.
- Ondersteunen van collega's bij het volgen van alle guidelines
- Ervoor zorgen dat de gestelde KPI-doelstellingen worden gehaald.
Naar wie zijn we opzoek? Iemand die
- Relevante klantgerichte ervaring heeft (bijv. detailhandel, horeca, klantenservice)
- Een teamspeler mentaliteit heeft, maar ook zelfstandig kan werken
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden heeft
- Flexibel is om zo nodig in het weekend en 's avonds laat te werken (openingstijden van de winkel kunnen van maandag t/m zondag van 10.00 tot 20.00 uur zijn).
