Wij zijn opzoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde Site Coördinator Safety die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor alle operationele activiteiten bij onze opdrachtgever. In deze rol ben je cruciaal voor de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van onze werkzaamheden. Je stuurt een team tot 30 collega’s aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes verloopt.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je bent operationeel verantwoordelijk voor een toegewezen opdrachtgever;
- Je coördineert intern alle operationele zaken voor deze opdrachtgever;
- Je fungeert als het operationele aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever;
- Je stuurt een team tussen de 10 tot 30 personen aan;
- Je vertaalt de organisatiestrategie en -doelstellingen naar het project bij de opdrachtgever;
- Je stuurt, coacht en verbetert het operationele RBC-team bij de opdrachtgever;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw functie rendabel is op jaarbasis;
- Je maximaliseert de efficiëntie en kostenbesparing van alle operationele activiteiten bij de opdrachtgever;
- Je informeert en coördineert met de facilitaire afdelingen;
- Je stelt het projectplan op en houdt het up-to-date;
- Je levert de vastgestelde resultaten per projectfase op;
- Je plant zowel op de lange als korte termijn;
- Je verzorgt de complete administratie;
- Je voert het VGM-beleid uit en bewaakt dit, en stuurt bij waar nodig;
- Je begeleidt en leidt operationele medewerkers op in bedrijfsspecifieke onderwerpen.

**Wat vragen wij van jou?**
- MBO werk

- 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de branche;
- 2 jaar werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie;
- Optie: Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige/preventieadviseur niveau 2.
- Jij kan de opdracht naar eigen inzicht uitvoeren binnen de commerciële en interne afspraken;
- Jij kan operationele beslissingen nemen;
