Ben jij op zoek naar een vaste functie als Finance (Data) Business Analyst in Rotterdam? Werk je graag in een fast-paced en snel groeiende organisatie waarin je elke dag wordt uitgedaagd het uiterste uit jezelf te halen?

Dan zoek ik jou om binnen deze mooie PE-owned organisatie te zorgen voor nog betere besluitvorming door middel van bruikbare Business Intelligence en Data Analytics.

**Functie omschrijving**
Je hebt een leidende rol bij het creëeren, implementeren en verbeteren van rapportages, analysemethoden, tools en technieken. Je bouwt interfaces met lokale systemen, verbetert datamodellen en ETL processen (i.s.m. datawarehouse specialisten).

Verder:

- Werk je nauw samen met de afdeling Finance en overige key users (o.a. Operations) binnen de organisatie;
- Bedenk en ontwerp je meetbare statistieken en KPI's in lijn met de behoefte van de verschillende stakeholders;
- Werk je aan het continu verbeteren van rapportage frameworks, tools en processen ten behoeve van tijdige, nauwkeurige en bruikbare data.

Op basis van jouw insights en overzichtelijke presentaties kan de cashforecasting en daarmee de financieringsbehoefte scherper worden gesteld waarmee je een enorme bijdrage levert aan de optimalisatie en verdere groei van de organisatie

Je rapporteert aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met managers vanuit de verschillende landen.

**Functie eisen**
Je beschikt over een afgeronde relevante opleiding op WO-niveau.

Daarnaast heb je relevante ervaring als een business-minded analyst met een succesvolle staat van dienst op het gebied van het nemen van strategische beslissingen.

Verder heb je:

- Aantoonbare ervaring in Data-modelleren, ETL ontwikkeling en Datawarehousing;
- Ervaring met data cleansing;
- Uitgebreide kennis van SQL, Data Analytics en BI-tools.

Vanuit een Buy & Build strategie worden er per jaar meerdere overnames gedaan. Dit zorgt voor veel dynamiek in de organisatie.
