Kaustik Europe BV is a dynamic company doing marketing and distribution of chemical products across Europe. With the headquarter in Rotterdam we are managing sales and operations almost in all European counties.

**High level job description**
Junior Business Analyst is a member of finance team and a key resource in preparation of monthly (and ad-hoc) reports for the company’s Management. Monthly reports include sales, margin and net assets analysis per product and trade flow. Junior Business Analyst works in close coordination with operations, accounting team and Business Controller in order to maintain proper level of control over business flows and ensure high quality of financial information provided to the Management.

**Required qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor or Master (will be a plus) degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of other MS Office products is a plus
- Fluent in English, preferably Russian and/or Chinese speaking, other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of Dutch GAAP or IFRS would be a plus

**Experience**:

- Previous work experience in analytical/finance roles is a plus

**Personal qualities**:

- Strong analytical skills, accurate with numbers, critical mind
- Result oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Disciplined, eager to learn, pro-active
