**About the Role**:
As a Business Process Analyst at ONE, you'll play a vital role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes across the Europe and Africa region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Improvement**: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficient solutions.
- **Process Documentation**: Create and maintain clear and concise process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system manuals.
- **Training and Development**: Deliver comprehensive training programs to empower employees and ensure process adherence.
- **Change Management**: Effectively manage process and system changes, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits.
- **System Support**: Provide expert support for our operational systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
- **Project Management**: Contribute to project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

- Familiarity with OPUS and Service Now platforms
