**IT Business Analyst | Long Term Project | Financial Enterprise**

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. You will have the opportunity to combine your knowledge of IT with stakeholder management, through an agile framework to ensure the flow of communication.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be acting as a bridge between business and engineering teams. You’re responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into user stories for direct implementation by the development teams.

Your responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements for IT systems or software solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Ensure effective communication for gathering requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience with Java, knowledge of Spring framework and API design.
- Experience working with concepts such as DevOps, CI/CD, Agile & Scrum
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure would be a plus)
- Good communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
