**Job Overview**:
As the Store Experience Manager at NOWATCH, you are responsible for both the operational and strategic success of the store. You play a crucial role in creating a memorable and engaging customer experience, driving sales, and managing the day-to-day activities of the store and its team. In this leadership role, you will lead and motivate the store team to meet performance targets, ensuring that everyone is aligned with NOWATCH's mission of promoting well-being through technology while achieving revenue goals.
You will manage daily store operations, guide visitors through the NOWATCH experience, and actively promote products. Additionally, you will handle staff scheduling, inventory management, and team training. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to lead a high-performing team, achieve sales targets, and maintain exceptional store standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of store hosts, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service while meeting individual and collective sales targets.
- ** Training and Development**: Train new team members on NOWATCH products, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance team members' sales performance and ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- ** Staff Scheduling and Coverage**: Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Monitor staff performance, track sales metrics, and adjust schedules to maximize productivity during peak times.
- ** Performance Management**: Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with your team to review performance, provide feedback, and set individual goals. Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals while supporting your team to do the same.
- ** Operational Oversight**: Oversee the opening and closing of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects NOWATCH’s premium brand standards. Ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently to avoid any impact on sales.
**Customer Engagement and Sales**:
- ** Personalized Customer Interaction**: Greet every visitor warmly and tailor your approach based on their needs. Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer preferences and match them with the best NOWATCH products for their lifestyle.
- ** Sales and Upselling Techniques**: Actively promote NOWATCH’s product features and upsell complementary products. Encourage customers to explore bundles and offer personalized recommendations to maximize sales.
- ** Lead Sales Initiatives**: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and track progress. Use sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- ** Customer Experience and Retention**: Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business. Use customer insights to refine sales techniques and enhance the overall in-store experience.
- ** App Demonstrations and Sales**: Walk customers through the NOWATCH app and highlight how it enhances their well-being. Use app demos as a key sales tool to close deals and encourage additional purchases.
**Inventory and Store Management**:
- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, manage reordering, and ensure that high-demand products are always available. Efficiently manage inventory to avoid shortages that could impact sales.
- ** Order Fulfillment and Logistics**: Oversee the accurate fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring quality packaging that reflects NOWATCH’s premium brand. Handle returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and protect revenue.
- ** Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the store layout and product displays are optimized to drive sales. Regularly update displays to showcase new products and promotions in a way that encourages customer engagement.
**Event Coordination and Sales Opportunities**:
- ** Wellness Events with Sales Focus**: Manage in-store wellness events (e.g., yoga, meditation) as opportunities to engage customers and drive sales. Ensure that events create a seamless blend of customer experience and product promotion.
- ** Event Space Management**: Coordinate with event instructors and manage logistics to ensure smooth operations, from setup to cleanup. Use these events to drive additional traffic and sales opportunities in the store.
