Het **New Fellow Tech Program** biedt je de mogelijkheid om te leren en werken. Je leert binnen korte tijd het Microsoft-platform goed kennen en krijgt inzicht in verschillende slimme, creatieve oplossingen die impact maken op de bedrijfsprocessen bij ambitieuze bedrijven. Een uitdagende combinatie van adviseren en programmeren.

**Wat staat je te wachten?**:
We starten in **september 2024**. Je doorloopt als New Fellow een traject van 7 maanden waarin alle facetten op het gebied van consultancy aan bod komen.
- 1) Introduction_
In de eerste fase van het traineeship maak je kennis met Fellowmind en met het Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. We nemen je mee door de organisatie en daarbij leer je veel mensen kennen. Je krijgt een introductie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations en Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE en we laten je een aantal inspirerende praktijkvoorbeelden zien.

Je hebt nu een goed beeld van de verschillende werkvelden en het is tijd om een eerste keuze te maken; ga jij je verder verdiepen in de wereld van ERP (_Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O_) of CRM (_Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE_)?
- 2) Academy_
Het tweede deel staat in het teken van verdieping. Intensieve development trainingen maken je een ster in het inrichten van het platform samen met de klant. Je ontdekt projectmethodieken, producten en change management en aan het einde van deze fase heb je je eerste Microsoft certificaten op zak
- 3) The real deal_
Tijd voor het echte werk... In deze fase van het traineeship loop je mee met collega’s bij één of meerdere projecten. Je doet ervaring op binnen de projectteams en bij onze klanten.
- 4) Evaluation_
De laatste fase staat in het teken van evalueren. Nu je zoveel hebt gezien, dagen we je uit om een keuze te makenWelk specialisme spreekt je het meest aan? In welke rol zie jij een toekomst voor jezelf binnen Fellowmind? Samen met de coaches evalueer je de groei die je hebt doorgemaakt en ga je op zoek naar een plek binnen onze organisatie waar jij goed past

**Wat ga je uiteindelijk doen?**:
We leiden je op tot Technisch Consultant met de keuze tussen **F&O** of **CE**. Na het traineeship ga je binnen **F&O** aan de slag met maatwerk en integraties. Je gaat programmeren met behulp van X++ en voor integraties zet je veelal C# in.

Binnen **CE **ga je na het traineeship aan de slag met het bouwen van plug-ins met C# en zet je bijvoorbeeld Javascript in voor de Front-End vraagstukken. Daarnaast maken we steeds meer gebruik van de technieken in Azure en het Microsoft Power Platform.

Onze klanten zijn actief in diverse branches. We focussen met name op Manufacturing, Finance, Energie, Automotive, Gezondheidszorg en Retail. Als consultant ontdek je deze bedrijfstakken van binnenuit. Je komt in aanraking met verschillende (internationale) klanten en geen dag is hetzelfde
