**In this exciting role, you will**:

- Monitor the financial needs of the Group’s operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic objectives
- Implement strategies to minimize idle cash and maximize interest income
- Manage bank account structures and streamline banking operations across entities
- Take ownership of monitoring and analyzing the finance cost line for the Group, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization
- Oversee the management of cash pooling arrangements and intercompany funding
- Develop and maintain long-term cash flow forecasts, integrating operational needs, capital expenditures, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on cash flow, financing strategies, and related financial metrics for senior leadership
- Coordinate and execute capital and dividend transactions across the Group, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Execute and manage the Group’s credit facilities to ensure optimal utilization and cost efficiency
- Analyze and manage credit risks associated with counterparties and banking institutions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cash management operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and resolve financial challenges
- Ensure compliance to internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements in all cash management activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of new treasury policies and procedures
- Support the implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems (TMS) and other digital tools to improve cash visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Participate in or lead treasury-related projects, including process automation, M&A integration, and cost-efficiency initiatives

**You can be successful in this role, if you have**:

- Formal education: Finance / Banking
- 3-5 years in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle complex financial models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in interacting with senior management
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel - experience of complex formulas & macros is a plus-, ERP systems, treasury management systems)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams
- SAP knowledge and experience (preferred)
