For our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a full-time **Partner Engagement Coordinator** to manage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and related systems, to provide partner and customer intelligence, and to support our partner engagement activities across SkyNRG. As a key team player in our Partner Engagement team, you will help in servicing and offering a high level of customer and partner management. SkyNRG is a scale-up at the forefront of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). SkyNRG has developed into a global leader on SAF, active in countless innovative projects aimed at growing the SAF sector. Scaling a new industry can only be done by working collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders—airlines, airports, technology developers, producers, suppliers, corporate customers, individual travellers, governments, NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and academics.

**About SkyNRG**:
SkyNRG is a global leader in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Since 2010, the company has been scaling up SAF demand and production capacity for the industry to meet its 2050 net zero commitment. To date, SkyNRG has supplied SAF to over 40 airlines across the world and is now developing dedicated production facilities to support the shift from fossil jet fuel to sustainable aviation fuel. As a certified B Corp SkyNRG prioritizes producing the most responsible and sustainable SAF worldwide. Recognized as a sustainability leader, it maintains an independent Sustainability Board, which advises the company on feedstocks and provides strategic guidance on wide-ranging sustainability issues. SkyNRG’s operations are also certified against the RSB EU RED, RSB ICAO CORSIA and RSB Book and Claim standards. In November 2023 Macquarie Asset Management announced its 175 M€ investment in SkyNRG, enabling our further growth in the SAF industry.

**About the role**:
The Partner Engagement team is responsible for ensuring an active, proficient interface with SkyNRG’s customers and partners. The team’s primary intent is to retain, nurture, and enhance relations in creating shared value for SkyNRG and our customer and partner base. Structured within the Sales and Marketing Business Unit, we work across the company ensuring the delivery of contracted services and products, collaboration, and growth. Our team has a diverse and ambitious customer and partner portfolio across the value chain including airlines, freight forwarders, corporates, travel companies and more. Through these partnerships, we strive to make the aviation industry more sustainable.

We are excited to be adding the new role of **Partner Engagement Coordinator** to our team. Your responsibilities include:

- **CRM**: systems administration and operations management, including (with legal counsel) an active contract data overview, ensure quality of data, uptake through advocacy and providing user support, ensure the system and required outputs are managed efficiently and effectively.
- **Partner engagement support**: provide support to account managers, manage inboxes, assist in the customer/partner onboarding, generate, and distribute reports, all related invoicing as required, and support customer/partner events organization.
- **Analysis/Intelligence**: track and report on customer satisfaction, share customer feedback, and identify marketing and engagement opportunities.

**Your profile***:
As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who likes to play an active role in building out our business and is not afraid of change. Ideally, you recognise yourself in the following:

- Has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years' work experience with an emphasis on establishing and/or managing CRM/ERP systems and processes, knowledge management, account support, sales, and/or market analysis.
- Is excited about building our business and a more sustainable (aviation) industry across the world.
- Has natural interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tailor and champion processes and systems to changing needs.
- Has a strong service orientation looking to provide and ensure an excellent customer/partner experience.
- Is fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Is based in the Netherlands or willing to move and has a valid work permit.
