**The SKF Business Unit MP**T (Maintenance Products, Power Transmission and Lubrication Tools) is responsible to develop, manage and promote a unique portfolio of products and solutions to support the bearing life cycle (from mounting, through lubrication, alignment, basic condition monitoring, to dismounting), in order to enhance the rotating equipment performance at the customers, leveraging as complementary offer to SKF bearings.
Our Value Proposition is to offer a wide range of high-performance MPT products with constant range extension and technologies upgrades, supported by very professional marketing tools, with the SKF highest standards on service level and quality.
The SKF MPT portfolio sales are developing fast across the SKF Sales organization covering 130 countries, mostly sold by Industrial Distributors.

MPT Business Unit consists in a small team of 50 people worldwide with entrepreneurial mind-set, main location being in Houten, in the Netherlands.
To complete our current team, we are looking for:
**Global demand and supply planner (36-40 hours)**:

- Location: Houten NL or Tongeren (BE)_

**Job description**
- You manage worldwide availability and delivery reliability of a product range.
- Together with sales colleagues you forecast global demand (from all SKF locations.)
- You transfer customer orders and forecast into purchase orders.
- You are the key contact for international suppliers.
- You maintain and optimize product planning data.
- You maintain product master data.
- You work together with colleagues in quality, product management, purchasing and customers service for supply disruptions and solutions.
- You will become part of the global SKF planning community.

**Job requirements**:

- Two years of experience in a similar position.
- You have higher professional education (HBO) by education or experience.
- Experience with PowerBi is a plus.
- We prefer you have experience working within an international company.
- Strong analytical skills / problem solver.
- Knowledge of the English language, oral and written.
