Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their knowledge and skills in procurement and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

About the Role

The Global Procurement Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of all category strategies in accordance with the approved plan, working closely with the Strategic Sourcing Category Lead and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Communicating effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and business leaders both verbally and in writing.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers that meet company sourcing strategies/needs.
  • Obtaining information from suppliers concerning product and/or service specifications, price, delivery dates, etc.
  • Driving vendor onboarding activities, including training and assistance in the utilization/management of the source-to-pay (S2P) platform.
  • Tracking and managing vendor compliance with policies and contractual requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will typically require a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or a high school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as full-time employment and opportunities for career growth and development.
