**Introduction to the job**

The Field Business Planner is part of the Integral Demand & Supply department of the Plan & Deliver organization. Plan & Deliver is the neutral party within the Operations sector. Its role is to secure objective decision making in business planning across ASML. The Field Business Planner plays a pivotal role in bringing all relevant pieces of demand information together, translating it into material requirements and presenting the right decisions and consequences to senior management. Extensive contact with multiple other sectors within ASML is required to make this happen.

**Job Mission**

You are responsible for the health of the field network plan linked to the service level agreements with our customer, drive improvements, assure that risks in the plan are mitigated and opportunities captured.

**Role and responsibilities**

As Field Business Planner you will tackle complex business planning challenges for our field products from new product introduction to delivery in volume and eventually the phase out of products. Considering multiple perspectives and balancing the interests of different stakeholders.

You will be responsible for capturing the field demand by communicating with our Customer Sales & Support organization and translating this into rational but stretched field stocking scenario’s. This plan is used in our monthly Integral Demand & Supply planning processes to determine the best production and capability plan to meet both our ASML plan as our customers’ service demand. You will closely collaborate with your Integral Demand & Supply planning colleagues on tactical and strategical planning aspects.

Besides delivering the best possible plan to meet our field demand, you will participate in the following activities:

- Capturing the field demand across all demand streams like after-sales, installs and upgrades;
- Prepares stocking strategies, align with our internal stakeholders, and implement the field inventory plan on tactical level;
- Ensuring that the entire organization is executing the same plan;
- Enabling decision making by reporting and presenting the various scenarios and its consequences to stakeholders and senior management;
- Defining health indicators required to monitor and manage plan execution and progress;

This position is in the heart of ASML with stakeholder management including sr. management level.

**Education and experience**
- Master’s degree in business or industrial engineering and management science, Supply Chain management or Business studies, or equivalent level of thinking.
- 7+ years of experience in S&OP, Integrated Business planning and/or Forecasting
- Planning experience in large complex organizations
- High-tech industry (Pre)

Planning and Delivery (P&D) plays a crucial role in ASML, integrating all planning activities and bridging the gap between demand and supply perspectives. Working closely with various business sectors, P&D ensures the integration of requirements and priorities into a comprehensive business plan, while also addressing bottlenecks and real constraints.
