**Abot this role**:
The Privat Label Category Management department consists of different furniture segments under two category managers. These commercial teams are responsible for the assortment that is visible online in furniture. The teams deal with both our own purchased products and our Partner products.

As a Commercial Assistant, you will support these Category Managers with administrative tasks to enable rapid growth. Your general tasks will include answering questions from some of our suppliers and partners, creating products in our systems, maintaining contact with internal departments regarding product questions, arranging samples with suppliers for photography purposes, helping the category managers with promotions, chasing suppliers for the right content and images, making analyses on competitors or suppliers and processing supplier information.

**In short, you will do the following**:

- Support purchasing activities, such as assortment management and organizing systems and documents, assistance on promotions and pricing;
- Prevent and investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain contact with suppliers in internal departments;
- Maintain contact with internal departments regarding product questions or other furniture related questions
- Sample & photography arrangements with the furniture suppliers
- Administratively create and update supplier information; chasing suppliers for right content & images
- Provide general support for various projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Completed MBO education with 1-2 years of (administrative) work experience;
- Or HBO starter, preferably in an administrative direction;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Good communication skills;
- Structured way of working;
- Proficient with various software systems.
