**JOUW UITDAGING EN ROL**

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de refurbishment processen die het mogelijkmaken om producten te verhuren, terug te kopen en als 2nd life te verkopen. Je stuurt verschillende medewerkers en teamleiders aan die operationeel bezig zijn in het circular center in Tilburg.

Het circular center bevindt zich in het modernste distributiecentrum van Decathlon. Je zult actief zijn in een complexe omgeving met meerdere teams en stakeholders. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
**Talentmanagement**:je zoekt altijd naar de juiste profielen voor de juiste plek. De komende jaren verwachten wij een grote groei op onze circulaire services. De basis ligt er al maar er is nog veel te verbeteren. Het juiste personeel vinden, dat zich ook nog kan ontwikkelen zal één van je prioriteiten zijn.

**Processen**: je maakt SOP's voor alle processen en zorgt dat de teams die zo goed als mogelijk uitvoeren en volgen. Continu verbeteren is de standaard mindset.

**Medewerkersbetrokkenheid**: Je stimuleert een cultuur van medewerkersbetrokkenheid en creëert een positieve werkomgeving waar sport en teamwork centraal staan.

**Teammanagement**:Je leidt en ontwikkelt jouw team. Je motiveert je team om dagelijks met energie naar werk te komen. Je stimuleert ze om bepaalde deadlines en kwaliteit te leveren.

**Forecasting**: Op basis van de verwachte aantallen in de verhuur, reparatie en 2e kans zorg je voor het juiste personeel op het juiste moment. Je houdt rekening met bepaalde piekmomenten gedurende het jaar**WAT WIJ VAN JOU VERWACHTEN**

Ben jij bewust van processen met betrekking tot duurzaamheid. Wil jij samen met het team ervoor zorgen dat we met ons bedrijf onze 'circulariteits doelstellingen' halen. Wij zoeken een nieuwe team leader die het team motiveert, aanstuurt en begeleidt in het behalen van deze KPI's. Naast affiniteit voor duurzaamheid vragen wij ook:
- Goede stakeholder management vaardigheden en een sterke I-say I-do mentaliteit
- Je hebt ervaring als een teamleider in een vergelijkbare (logistieke) rol
- Je hebt basis technische vaardigheden, en vind het interessant om dingen te repareren
- Je probeert meestal eerst iets te repareren voordat je het weggooit.
- Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar
- Je beheerst zowel de Engelse als Nederlandse taal.**WAT BIEDEN WIJ**
