Company Overview

As Logistics Team Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will be the center of our fulfillment operation. Together with your team, you will determine the success during the construction and expansion phase of our warehouse in Tilburg.

You will lead a sub-process within the operation, working in the Inbound, Picking/Packing or Outbound department. After a few months, your team will consist of 50 to 100 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators specializing in the process.

Job Description

As Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating employees in your team. You will also lead daily operations and be accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and plans.

In cooperation with colleagues, you will make decisions for an optimal overall process. Additionally, you will optimize the efficiency of people and resources, making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process.

You will conduct measurements, make reports, and analyses. Furthermore, you will perform performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Salary

The estimated monthly salary ranges from €2,878.19 to €4,145.96, including an 8% holiday allowance. The actual salary will depend on work experience and education level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as Logistics Team Leader, you must have:

  • Experience as a people manager in a similar work environment
  • HBO work and thinking level with at least a completed MBO 4 education
  • Ambition, hard work, and stress resistance
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment
  • An inspiring leadership style with an ambitious and driven mindset
  • Fully available and flexible in a 2-shift system
  • A good command of the English language orally and in writing
