**Join our team in an exciting trainee role around communication for Commercial EMEA and Digitalization**

**About the role**:
We are excited to announce a new role as a Trainee in Commercial and Digitalization. In this exciting trainee role you will support the execution of key communication around initiatives within the EMEA region and our global Digital Transformation Initiative. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing internal communication platforms, driving digital engagement programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance communication efficiency and digital resource accessibility.

You will be working this job within an international team, but your office location will be Zwolle.

**Your main tasks**:

- Administrate and moderate **internal communication campaigns** from the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the EMEA leadership team as well as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO)and the digital innovation team
- Moderate and drive participation in the **Viva Engage community with engaging posts** and campaigns across EMEA and digital transformation.
- ** Manage and maintain internal intranet hubs** (Sharepoint Voice of the Customer and Digital Transformation) to ensure consistent and engaging communication about our departments and initiatives.
- ** Lead communication and training efforts for digital transformation**, ensuring effective dissemination of information about ongoing projects and initiatives. Organize and promote key engagement formats, including the 10-minute training sessions on AI and automation, the newsletter highlighting digital advancements, the collaborative forums to share successful digital initiatives and the training sessions to further enhance competence around specific digital tools

**Your qualifications**:
**Professional Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing or Business Administration
- Some background experience in marketing or communications in a sales, marketing or internal sales teams is a plus
- Experience/curiosity in digital communication platforms and internal community engagement is a plus

**Specific skills/ knowledge**
- Strong interest in internal communication, digital engagement, and community building.
- High creativity in communication tools such as AI image generation, Canva and further marketing content tools
- Basic understanding of digital platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital tools and platforms is a plus.

**Language skills**
- English at proficiency level.
- Dutch is an advantage.
- Additional language skills relevant to Zehnder’s EMEA markets are a plus.
