- Bianca Romao-Willis- RecruiterOur client is a global name within real estate investments. Due to continued growth in the Netherlands, they are now seeking an Associate - Real Estate (Logistics) to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities of the Associate - Real Estate (Logistics):

- Support the portfolio manager in managing and enhancing asset performance.
- Champion and implement ESG priorities.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and asset management strategies.
- Implement capex programs and lease renewals.
- Assist in crafting and presenting profitable business cases.
- Conduct comprehensive research on real estate markets, including property valuations.
- Coordinate external teams (property managers, leasing agents, lawyers).
- Prepare and analyse periodic investor reports.
- Support quarterly and annual property valuation processes.
- Assist in underwriting new investment opportunities.
- Present investment proposals to the Board and Investment Committee.
- Monitor and communicate investment opportunities to the team.
- Contribute to developing a pipeline of potential investments.

The Associate - Real Estate (Logistics) will meet the following criteria:

- 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management covering the logistics sector is essential.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Strong financial, analytical, and modelling skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws.
- Understanding of tenant mix and operations.
- Interest in ESG investing within real estate.
- Fluent / Native Dutch speaker
