**Wat je kan verwachten**
Het Front Office team is verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van onze gasten, in
- en uitcheck procedures en het verstrekken van informatie en service. Het Front Office-team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van gasten naar hun kamers en het afhandelen van gastbetalingen.
Samen met het gehele Front Office team heet je onze gasten welkom en draagt je bij aan een bijzonder verblijf in ons hotel. Als Guest Relations Officer ben je de liaison tussen onze gasten en het hotel. Je creëert een warme, gastvrije en persoonlijke sfeer door onze gasten persoonlijk te verwelkomen en te begroeten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van de gasten door te kijken naar wat voor hen het belangrijkst is. Een ander belangrijk aspect van jou functie is het behandelen van klachten, het controleren van kamers en het afhandelen van VIP-behandelingen en voorzieningen. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn:

- Contact onderhouden met onze vaste en VIP-gasten;
- Op een vriendelijke, efficiënte en professionele manier gasten begeleiden tijdens hun verblijf in Hotel Okura Amsterdam;
- Kennismaken met de individuele wensen van onze gasten en deze communiceren naar de verschillende afdelingen;
- Behandeling en opvolging van klachten en sugesties;
- Het controleren van kamers en het afhandelen van VIP-behandelingen en voorzieningen;
Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen Naast werken binnen je eigen team, werk je ook nauw samen met andere teams binnen het hotel. Want alleen door samen te werken bereiken we de beste resultaten. Werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in wisseldiensten gedurende 7 dagen per week, met tijden van 07:00-15:00 uur, 10:00-18:00 uur, 15:00-23:00 uur. Je werkt 5 dagen per week, 7,6 uur per dag. Ook op feestdagen ben je beschikbaar om te werken.

**Wat wij bieden**
- Contract: 1 jaar, mogelijkheid tot verlenging, we willen dat je blijft

- Bonus: 1 week salaris bij het behalen van je SMART doelen
- 8% vakantiegeld (pro rato);
- 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (pro rato).
- Compensatie voor Nationale feestdagen.
- Horeca CAO is van toepassing;
- Algemene Pensioen regeling van Horeca en Catering
- Algemene Nabestaanden pensioen;
- Aantrekkelijke family en friends rates op overnachtingen bij Hotel Okura Amsterdam;
- Één keer per jaar personeelskorting in een van de restaurants (50%);
- Personeelskorting in onze restaurants (20%);
- Tegemoetkoming in reiskosten vanaf 10 km (enkele reis);
- Na het behalen van de proeftijd ontvang je een overnachting met ontbijt cadeau (2 personen), zodat je het hotel kan ervaren als een gast

**Wat we vragen**
Uiteraard zijn wij in de eerste plaats geïnteresseerd in jou en wat wij voor jou als werkgever kunnen betekenen. Daarnaast verwachten wij van jou:

- Je hebt de Hotelschool of een gelijkaardige opleiding met succes afgerond;
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring (1-3 jaar) binnen een vergelijkbare functie in een vergelijkbare organisatie, bij voorkeur binnen het luxe segment;
- Kennis van de Japanse taal is een pre;
- Je bent flexibel in werktijden;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
