Organisatie

Onze opdrachtgever is een softwarebedrijf dat in omgeving Breda en in Sittard gevestigd is. Er werken zo’n 25 mensen waarvan ongeveer de helft binnen Operations. Zij ontwikkelen en leveren slimme IT/software oplossingen die zorgen voor inzicht en tijdsbesparing voor haar klanten.

Het bedrijf is onderdeel van een overkoepelende Europese organisatie waaraan circa 150 autonome bedrijven verbonden zijn, die allen specialistische software oplossingen bieden voor een gerichte markt. Dit biedt ook voor jou enorme groeikansen.

Tasks

Voor deze functie, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Support Specialist die zichzelf wil ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie. Je maakt uit van het klantenteam en de service die jij gaat verlenen vraagt niet alleen om een goede kennis van de software maar ook een klantgerichte en proactieve houding.

  • Je houdt van een pragmatische aanpak om de klantenvragen (telefoon – mail – portaal) te analyseren en deze met jouw creativiteit op te lossen;
  • Wanneer je tegen complexe zaken aanloopt, vorm je met jouw collega’s van de 2e en 3e lijn een team om samen tot oplossingen te komen;
  • Je vindt klantcontact super: customer intimacy is een voor jou zeer bekende strategie;
  • Je geniet ervan om je kennis van het systeem/de software oplossingen aan klanten over te dragen en hen hiermee zelfstandiger te maken;
  • Het nakomen van afspraken, zowel naar klanten als intern, zit in jouw DNA;
  • Vanuit het product / proces wil jij elke keer verbeteren. Je doet daarom voorstellen tot product- en/of procesverbetering.
Requirements
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan met het ondersteunen van software applicaties;
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en/ of denkniveau;
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Je bent bereid tot ontwikkeling op zowel persoonlijk als op inhoudelijk gebied;
  • Je werkt graag in een team;
  • Je bent analytisch, secuur en servicegericht;
  • Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen en bezit een grote mate van zelfstandigheid;
  • Je bent 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar en spreekt goed Nederlands.
