Tasks
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the ES, FR, DE & IT markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Increase AOV and SOW through a solid understanding of our products and services to maximise every opportunity.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot and adhere to our sales process.
Requirements
  • An interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
  • Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
  • Professional-level spoken and written French, Spanish, German or Italian is essential (as well as professional level English).
  • 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role, servicing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively

  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
Benefits

Competitive base salary of €3,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure (sliding scale) between 2% to 4%, with a proven On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential between €50,000 and €100,000. Additionally, a 1% override on existing business is included.

This is a four-stage process:

  • The application process will close on 15th July.
  • We will hold short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates between 17th - 25th July.
  • Follow-up face-to-face interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held as soon a possible.
  • There will be a final face-to-face stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
