At Catawiki, the HRIS team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR tools & processes in such a way that the tools can be used in a self intuitive manner and efficiently support our business processes in an effective way. Workday is our People tool which has a big focus of our work and in addition we use Peakon, Navan and Qollab as other people tools.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HRIS (Workday) Specialist to join our HRIS team. You have some good basic knowledge of Workday and you will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of Workday (HCM) modules which includes Compensation, Absence, Performance Management and Advanced Compensation.

At Catawiki you are in the unique position to make a significant contribution to the Workday experience for all the +800 Catawikians, who are spread over more than 7 countries. You can build on a solid system foundation, with plenty of room to take the system to a higher level and beyond which makes you experience a direct impact of the work that you do. • Handling and maintaining regular Workday issues and “quick fix” process enhancements. We call this our Business as Usual.
• Contributing to the implementation of Workday related projects. For example, implementing a new functionality, shaping a redesign, innovating current configuration or performing a large data migration or cleanup. Keep stakeholders on track, organized and aligned towards our project goal.
• Train and Support key stakeholders such as your direct People colleagues, Managers & employees in order to enable them to make optimal and self intuitive use of the Workday functionalities and to have a great employee experience.
• Collaborating with- and learning from your key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our HR processes and the Catawiki business. Together we work on the growth of the organization and the overall people experience on a daily basis.
• Exploring and reviewing new functionality of Workday to check we are making the best use of all that Workday has to offer.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system is in place.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience with the functional configuration of the Workday HCM Module;
• Preferably in depth knowledge of the Workday HCM Core, business process framework, reporting and security model and good basic knowledge of- and experienced with one or more of the following Workday modules; Absence, Performance, Compensation, Reporting & Dashboard functionalities;
• Preferably experience with- and affinity with working in a start or scale-up company;
• You often work on multiple projects at the same time. You know how to add structure, organize your work and how to prioritize in a dynamic changing environment;
• You are process oriented and tech savvy. You aim to make Workday processes as efficient, automated and self-service as possible creating a great employee experience;
• You have the ability and experience to translate business problems into technological solutions and the other way around;
• You are accurate, analytical, proactive and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Workday certification(s) are preferred but not required.

We have sensational offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with each other. The exception is of course, if the job description specifically states that the role is 100% remote, as some experts and sales positions are.
