The logistics focus is mainly on automotive and fashion industries, pharmaceutical products and further consumer goods. We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our vibrant team.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and proactively supports the development of a high-performing workplace. This position involves working closely with management and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment aligned with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with management to develop an understanding of the organization's strategy, objectives, and needs.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, organizational culture, and performance improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
- Support employees in their career development and assist in succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while driving best practices in HR management.
- Evaluate and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
