Our diverse portfolio includes games, streaming videos, children's and travel content. We are committed to providing seamless and enjoyable mobile experiences, continuously evolving to meet the needs of our global customer base.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (maternity leave cover) to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days/week). You'll handle email inquiries and support requests from customers and business partners across 40 countries. Your mission will be to provide excellent service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channel

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
- Report on customer care progress in weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience using customer support software and CRM tools (preferably Zendesk).
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Additional languages are a plus: Romanian, Slovak, French or Arabic.

Contract Type:
We're open to both fixed-term contracts and freelance agreements.
