In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren én uitbreiden van strategische klantrelaties binnen jouw sector. Wat ga je doen? Als Key Account Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een aantal van onze belangrijkste klanten. Jij begrijpt hun logistieke uitdagingen en weet deze te vertalen naar passende oplossingen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Beheren en uitbouwen van een portefeuille van strategische klanten. - Signaleren van klantbehoeften en ontwikkelen van maatwerkoplossingen. - Actief bijdragen aan het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en klanttevredenheid. - Samenwerken met collega’s binnen sales, operations en internationale teams. - Rapporteren over omzetontwikkelingen, klantrelaties en kansen in de markt. - Meewerken aan de uitvoering van het wereldwijde businessplan en sectorstrategie. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of logistieke richting binnen de Freight Forwarding. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Key Account Manager of Sales Manager in een B2B-omgeving. - Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Ervaring met klantgerichte verkoop en het ontwikkelen van langdurige relaties. - Zelfstandige, proactieve werkhouding met focus op resultaat. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
