Als Key Account medewerker in ons KAD-team warehousing en fulfilment ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze grootste klanten. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze dienstverlening en schakelt snel bij afwijkingen of specifieke klantwensen. Jij coördineert het volledige proces van onze warehousing
- en fulfilmentactiviteiten en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
**Wat je gaat doen**:
- Dagelijks telefonisch en per mail klantcontact met onze key accounts;
- Zendingen opvolgen van begin tot eind en bijsturen waar nodig;
- Verzoeken tot wijziging analyseren en afstemmen met interne teams en klanten;
- Klachten en retourzendingen zelfstandig afhandelen;
- Wekelijks/maandelijks KPI-rapportages opstellen voor klantbesprekingen;
- Deelnemen aan klantmeetings om processen continu te verbeteren.
**Wij bieden jou**:
- Een brutosalaris tussen de € 3.050;

**Wij vragen**:
- MBO niveau 4 opleiding bij voorkeur een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke richting;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Kennis van douanezaken en gevaarlijke goederen is een pré;
- Flexibel inzetbaar van ma t/m vr tussen 08:00 - 18:00 uur.
