We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service and Sales Administrator to join our team in IJmuiden. As a key member of our sales and procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing materials from suppliers, creating quotations, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials from suppliers and creating quotations for customers
- Maintaining client satisfaction and responding to customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Entering sales orders and monitoring delivery times
- Placing purchase orders and updating stock systems
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and adhering to company compliance standards
- Performing additional duties as required to meet business needs
Requirements
- Professional Dutch and English language skills
- Full clean NL driving license
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Good communication skills with a courteous manner
- Proactive and self-motivated with ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
