About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Econometrics Consultant to join our team at Media. As a key member of our marketing effectiveness division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and econometric modelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead projects for clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in econometric modelling and market mix modelling.
  • Design and deliver high-quality marketing evaluation projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Apply exceptional data analytics and data visualisation skills to communicate complex insights to clients.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants or analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with company directors to develop innovative marketing evaluation projects that drive business growth.
  • Contribute to company strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement tools and ideas to expand the business into new areas, leveraging the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in market mix modelling (Econometrics) and/or marketing analytics.
  • Ability to explain complex modelling concepts in a clear and concise manner, with proven presentation skills.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of R or similar packages is preferred, but not required.
  • Econometrics/Economics/Mathematics degree with a 2.1 or higher.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Experience in selling projects to clients is a bonus.
