Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visco-Visio-Meter (VVM) upgrade specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating the possibility of implementing machine upgrades that could further improve our testing capability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a feasibility study/proposal to determine the necessary upgrades required on the VVM to obtain more test parameters.
  • Redesign some components of the VVM to realize the upgrades in reality.
  • Investigate the effect of normal forces and die-swell effect.
  • Make concept proposals for alternative design solutions.
  • Presentation of the results to stakeholders.
  • Realization of 3D CAD modeling to prototyping.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering & material science. You should also have experience with industrial-scale testing and redesign.
