AV Product Marketing Manager for EMEA Region

The Product Marketing Manager EMEA will be responsible for managing product categories, developing optimal positioning and messaging of products for the EMEA market. This includes performing market and pricing analysis and providing sales teams with necessary sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Subject matter expert for specific product categories
- Conduct competitive product and pricing analysis for assigned product categories and document findings
- Propose product pricing to Director of Product Marketing based on local market conditions and competitors
- Analyze sales trends for products in assigned categories
- Develop and deploy activities to promote and stimulate sales of products in assigned categories
- Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and feedback from sales team and dealers
- Support sales team in launch process of new products by providing training and effective tools for presentations
- Develop working stations and demonstration concepts for trainings and tradeshows
- Provide content for new trainings and schools
- 3 years of experience in A/V industry
- Technical education in Electronics and/or Electrical engineering or Marketing management degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Good presentation and teaching skills
- Able to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks
- Analytical skills and structured work approach
- Preferred working times from 9:30 – 18:00
- Open for extra hours if required
- This position requires occasional travels within EMEA Region
- Car driving license
Extron offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The company is located in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions based on market research and data analysis.
