About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Mariner to join our team at Rivertech as a Vessel Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nautical laws and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be expected to develop and lead high-performing teams, ensuring smooth operations throughout the journey.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, including administrative duties. You will also be responsible for training new crew members in safety procedures and maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance in accordance with business guidelines.

Our estimate for the salary for this position is $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
