We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Ecommerce Analyst - User Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at Travix. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in web analytics and user experience.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by providing actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling. You will be responsible for analysing user behaviour, identifying improvement points, and developing recommendations for product optimisation.

As a Data Driven Ecommerce Analyst - User Experience Specialist, your core tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Product analysis combining quantitative and qualitative data sources
  • Establishing KPIs for all products
  • Developing A/B testing hypotheses based on analysis outcomes
  • Executing and analysing AB tests
  • Creating dashboards and visualisations using BI tooling
  • Reporting and automating processes for standard products
  • Defining web data requirements and implementing technical solutions

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with trends and improvements related to web analytics tools, ensuring that Travix has the most up-to-date setup and is ready for the future.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant product performance experience in ecommerce
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics tools, including GA4, UA, and BI tooling
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and interest in data science methods
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Google Big Query, Looker, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
