We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Medior Management Assistant to join our Management Support Organization (MSO) team at ASML. As an ambassador for ASML and MSO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our top managers in an administrative and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities- Pro-actively screen and sort email management to ensure efficient communication
- Prepare and participate in meetings, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide facility services, including hospitality tasks and floor management
- Arrange travel and expense arrangements, ensuring seamless execution
- Support projects, events, and year planning, demonstrating proactive and organized approach
- Share information and provide feedback to colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) or associate degree
- At least 3-7 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar supporting role in an international environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Dutch is a plus
- Complex international calendar management experience is a must
- Good knowledge of the Office 365 package is required
- Ability to facilitate hybrid meetings and events
- Experience working in a dynamic international environment
- Experience working for multiple stakeholders is highly preferred
- Pro-actively identify and fulfill customer needs
- Have a learning mindset and are not afraid of making mistakes
- Communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders
- Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
