About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Medior Management Assistant to join our dynamic team at ASML. As a key member of our Management Support Organization (MSO), you will provide administrative support to our top management, ensuring the smooth execution of all management support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively screen and sort email management
  • Prepare and participate in meetings
  • Provide facility services, including hospitality tasks and floor management
  • Arrange travel and expenses
  • Support projects, events, and year planning
  • Share information and provide feedback to others
  • Be a team player and understand the importance of sharing knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-7 years of experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar supporting role in an international environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; Dutch is a plus
  • Complex international calendar management experience is a must
  • Good knowledge of the Office 365 package is required
  • Ability to facilitate hybrid meetings and events
  • Experience working in a dynamic international environment
  • Experience working for multiple stakeholders is highly preferred
