About the Job

ASML is seeking a skilled Contract & Supplier Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is responsible for managing the supply chain that delivers asset management and maintenance outsourced services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the supply chain and build partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent and aligned services, (future) flexibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as demand manager for parcels, requiring knowledge of internal customers, business processes, and (future) demand.
  • In collaboration with the procurement & sourcing team, ensure necessary capacity and capabilities in the supplier base and monitor their performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements with suppliers, defining budgets, creating forecasts, and approving expenses.
  • Focus on financial- and performance management, and contract development.
  • Participate in translating and/or changing contracts, service levels, and service agreements.
  • Develop strategies and determine contract models and service agreements that support these developments.
  • Investigate market opportunities, execute tenders, and establish a strong contractual basis with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master in sourcing/contract and supplier management or similar.
  • Job experience +/- 5-10 years in a similar role.
  • Social skills, emphatic, listening, enthusing, creating room for innovation/creativity, coaching & collaborating.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and medior management levels, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
  • High organizational sensitivity and situational awareness.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management/relationship management and communication skills (establishing effective networks), both externally and internally.
  • Networking skills.
  • Strongly results-orientated with a corresponding sense of responsibility; directs work and ensures accountability.
  • Persistent, Punctual, and Accurate.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in fast-changing and complex environments, and capable of dealing with uncertainties.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
