We are seeking a experienced Contract & Supplier Manager to join our team at ASML. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain that delivers asset management and maintenance outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the supply chain to optimize delivery of asset management and maintenance services
- Build partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent and aligned services
- Develop strategies to support business growth and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing team to ensure necessary capacity and capabilities in the supplier base
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for performance management and metrics
- Manage supplier reporting process and operational evaluation process
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in sourcing, contract, and supplier management or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communications skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
