Job Title: Lead Enterprise Project Director

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Project Director to join our team at Enterpryze Consulting Ltd. in The Hague, Netherlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and manage resources effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage time, cost, and quality of all project facets
  • Coordinate project requirements with customers
  • Motivate and guide project teams through clear guidance and assignment of work
  • Apply standard project management techniques in accordance with Prince2 methodology
  • Develop and maintain project plans in Service Now and comply with NCIA Directives and project management best practices
  • Identify, plan, and allocate resources to meet project milestones and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Use EBA to monitor and control project financial status and execute project managers' duties in NCIA-defined Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure resources are utilised within approved budgets and timelines
  • Provide effective communications with stakeholders through briefings and organisation of meetings, including with NCIA top management

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a related discipline with 5 years post-related experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post-related experience
  • A recognised project management qualification (such as Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Project Management techniques based upon PMI Knowledge area or Agile)
  • Experience in applying multi-discipline engineering and management techniques in the acquisition of complex communication and information systems
  • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of the other is desirable
