Business Development Role Overview

Rare opportunity to lead business growth in Europe for Refined Technologies, a forward-thinking company dedicated to excellence in vessel cleaning services. As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with esteemed clients, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client personnel controlling vessel cleaning decisions
  • Conform cleaning scopes for each cleaning, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Identify and track client turnaround schedules 18 months in advance for the assigned territory
  • Support Operations planning meetings, scope changes, and execution activities for all work awarded in the territory
  • Secure client purchase orders on time to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handle accounts receivable, delay fees, or holiday fees issued in the territory
  • Execute small projects in the field on an as-needed basis and perform other duties to support Refined Technologies' business needs

Working Together:

You will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of services to clients.
