Job Overview:

MGA Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Regional Brand Director to drive the success and growth of our brands across multiple EMEA markets. As a key member of our global brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional brand strategies that align with our global brand identity and objectives.
  • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness, product launches, and consumer demand.
  • Collaborate with global brand teams, product development, sales, and retail teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional brand strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media and creative agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the toy, consumer goods, or fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
