ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Versatile Food & Beverage Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service across various settings. Whether in the dining area, during events, or in our meeting spaces, your mission is to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your adaptability and enthusiasm for all facets of food and beverage service will be essential as you seamlessly transition between tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a high standard of service in all areas, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
  • Prepare and organize for service, emphasizing the importance of mise-en-place.
  • Demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and clarity.
  • Engage with guests and colleagues with spontaneity and genuine interest.

WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within fine-dining establishments.
  • A sociable and inquisitive nature, with a proactive approach to service.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, coupled with the ability to convey this enthusiasm effectively.
  • Knowledge of wines is a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to discuss availability.
