Food and Beverage Operational Internship

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an Operational Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and tailored welcome to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Support the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to menu knowledge and allergen awareness
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its operations
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 months, with flexibility to work varied shifts
